By placing an order on the Bellamy & June website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and accepted the return conditions and applicable timeframes.
- You agree to follow the return procedure described in this policy.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy, along with relevant order details and communication records, may be used as supporting documentation.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
- Only standard inspection and handling of the item must have taken place.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 7 business days.
Bellamy & June reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of misuse, unusual wear, or damage not caused by us.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@bellamyandjune.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- Wait until you receive return instructions from us before sending anything back.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address without approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Bellamy & June within 7 days of delivery at info@bellamyandjune.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After reviewing the issue:
- We may offer a replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
- In some cases, you may not need to return the defective item.
Replacements for defective items are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Lost or Unclaimed Orders
If your package appears to be lost during transit:
- Contact our support team at info@bellamyandjune.com
- Include your order number and tracking details
We will help review the situation with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is:
- refused at delivery,
- left unclaimed, or
- returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,
a $25 CAD fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
You may request to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
However, because order fulfillment may begin quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return after delivery by following the return steps listed above.
To request a cancellation before shipment, please email info@bellamyandjune.com with a clear cancellation request.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Bellamy & June first so we can try to resolve the issue directly and fairly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider or bank with supporting documents, including:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking information
- Email communication
- Photos or other relevant documentation
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may slow down the resolution process and may affect your eligibility to place future orders with Bellamy & June.
Important Information
- All approved returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
- Bellamy & June is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, or customs clearance issues.
- For hygiene-related products, returns will not be accepted if the item has been used or returned in an unsanitary condition.
- Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping and handling fees apply.
